It's easy to get started with your 30-day FREE trial of BookingBuilder Desktop. You can install it on as many computers as you want for the free trial, and you are getting the FULL version of BookingBuilder Desktop, not a scaled-down trial version.

Please read all the instructions below before you begin your free trial.

The first step is to create an account for your company. We'll tell you how to do that in just moment.

Once you have created that account, all computers that will be running BookingBuilder Desktop must be registered to your account. This only has to be done once per computer, and it takes only a moment. To do this, you go to each computer and login to your account. You will see instructions on how to register the computer, and once registration is complete you will be given a link to install BookingBuilder Desktop. Please note that if your computers are "locked down" to prevent users from installing software, you will have to login with administrative rights before going through the registration process. If you are using Citrix or Terminal Services, you should perform the registration process from the console, and it only needs to be done once per server.

If you are going to be registering a large number of computers, you can create a Quick Link. This link can be emailed to each computer, and clicking on it will register that computer to your account. To do this, login to your account, click Edit Groups, and click the Edit button next to the group name that will get the new computers (typically you will only require one group, so just click the Edit button next to the Default group). Now click Create Quick Link and you will see the rest of the instructions.

CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT

To create your account, click the Customer Log-in button in the top-right of this web site, and then click Register Company. Enter your company information, and when it asks for a credit card, you can enter your credit card number -- it will NOT be charged until after the free trial period. If you prefer, you can enter "free trial" in the credit card space and in the cardholder name, and select a future expiration date.

After you save the company information, it will ask for your name and email address, and will then give you instructions on how to register your computer and get started with BookingBuilder Desktop.

Install BookingBuilder Desktop on as many computers as you want during the free trial period. After the free trial period, we have kept our prices very low. Click Buy Now to see the pricing and payment information; you can easily return to this page from there.

IMPORTANT: Please make a note of the email address and password you used to register your company. When you are ready to add more computers or want to change your settings, these are what you use to login to your account to add the additional computers. Please do not create additional accounts for your new computers, as it will make management of the software very complicated and will increase your cost.
